Delivery and Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and orders to be delivered within 5 days of you placing your order.

We offer one standard delivery option:

Delivery is £3.50

Free Delivery for all orders over £35 

Standard delivery: 3-5 working days

You will receive an email from us confirming when we dispatch your order.

We would expect to meet the above delivery times but delays due to the courier service outside of our control means we are not able to guarantee this service.

If your order has not arrived after 10 working days from your expected delivery date, please contact us at morecambebaybe@gmail.com and we will contact the postal service / courier and launch an investigation.
 
Please note Morecambe Bay Bee do not deliver outside the UK but our delivery does cover anywhere in the United Kingdom, including the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man.

Any claims for lost items must be submitted to morecambebaybee@gmail.com no later than 10 Calendar Days after the estimated delivery date.

We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if it is confirmed that the shipping address you provided was correct and that the courier has lost the item.

Please note if the tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you have not received it, we will not take responsibility for the loss and any replacements would have to be at your expense.
