Returns
At Morecambe Bay Bee Customer Satisfaction is our number one goal.
Damaged or missing goods
To Avoid any issues during shipping we carefully package our products, however if goods are damaged on receipt, please email a photo to morecambebaybee@gmail.com within seven days of receipt. You’re entitled to a full refund or replacement for damaged or missing goods. It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations, please contact us.
The payment method used for the purchase of incomplete orders or defective products will be credited with full original purchase and delivery costs. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Morecambe bay Bee before the refund or replacement can be issued. When returning items please retain your proof of postage - we will not take responsibility for any parcels are lost in transit. The goods are your responsibility once they are delivered to you or your representative.
Cancel or amend an order
Email us as soon as possible quoting your order number. If we can stop your order before we have dispatched it we can offer a full refund.
I am not happy with my purchase
In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase from Morecambe bay Bee, but the goods are not faulty, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt. If they are received in a re-saleable condition, we will issue a full refund.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been opened or used, unless an incorrect item has been shipped or the goods are faulty.
Returns should be requested by email to morecambebaybee@gmail.com or complete the contact us section below and we will send you a unique returns reference number and return address once the return has been authorised.
